The Gold Movie Awards® in London, England recently announced Calf Rope as winner of
Best of June 2020 in five categories, Best Short, Best Actor, (Gorman Ruggiero), Best Actor under 18 (Lukas Barnett), Best Cinematography (Sofia Monzerratt), and Best Production Design (Lyndsey Hinkle). As the winner of these awards from GMA for June 2020, Calf Rope is now a semi-finalist for their 2021 annual GMA awards presentation for the best films of the year The fifth annual GMA red carpet awards ceremony will be held at the Regent Street Cinema, directly in the heart of London’s famous West End.on Friday, January 15, 2021.
According to their press release, "The GMA awards ceremony will commence with the guests arriving on the red carpet, shortly followed by a champagne reception and then awards with a guest musical interlude and guest celebrity presenters." In the last few years the GMA’s has been a star-studded event attended by some of the world's best known and most loved actors, directors and celebrities such as Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years A Slave) Ed Skrein (Deadpoo), and Billy Zane (Titanic).
Tickets are now on sale for the January 15, 2021 GMA red-carpet awards ceremony in London's Regent Street Cinema on Gold Movie Award website.
